We strive to get your Mini Skijoring gear to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policies:

Free U.S. Shipping

We are happy to offer free shipping within the United States via USPS. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping times may vary based on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping

We can now ship internationally! Any customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are calculated at checkout for your review. 

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that USPS tracking may take some time to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you experience an issue with shipping, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about your delivery location, we recommend using a secure address or requesting signature confirmation.
